This book is just as good as other Alex Cross titles. I wish James Patterson would release just one book a year, so he can put some time and effort into writing something that is worth reading. This book is action packed, a real page turner. Double Cross is what all James Patterson novels should be like. Overall, A+ for Double Cross. It is proof of the old adage that truth is stranger than fiction. I don't think any fiction authors could invent the wacky people in this book because they wouldn't have been believed.I quote a few sentences from the book to prove my point (p): "For the D-Day spies were, without question, one of the oddest military units ever assembled/5().

Double cross is the 4th and final book in the noughts and crosses series, this book is about callie and her boyfriend Tobey trying to get a life.

I wont spoil the ending but this series has stayed strong to the end, a excellent finish, recommended not just to young adults but many age group's: Terry Harknett wrote the first three in the series 1)The Killing Trail 2) Double Cross and 3) The Hungry Gun.

After these three, Harknett passed the baton on to Angus Wells who wrote all the remaining books in the Jubal Cade series except one which was wrote by Kennet Charles R. Pike is a pseudonym that three different authors wrote under/5(1).

Double Cross was a little more engrossing that his last Cross novel aptly named Cross but like Cross, the last page of Double Cross left me scratching my head saying, "That's it?" Double Cross deals with the hunt for a brutal serial killer that may have more connections to Alex Cross than he bargained s: The Double-Cross System or XX System was a World War II counter-espionage and deception operation of the British Security Service (a civilian organisation usually referred to by its cover title MI5).

Nazi agents in Britain – real and false – were captured, turned themselves in or simply announced themselves, and were then used by the British to broadcast mainly disinformation to their Nazi.

Double Cross: The True Story of the D-Day Spies (), a non-fiction book by British author Ben Macintyre, details the British response to Nazi spies sent by the German Abwehr intelligence service and efforts to turn those spies into double agents.

Alex Cross faces two crazed killers in this chilling, suspenseful blockbuster from James Patterson, 'the man who can't miss' (Time). Just when Alex thought his life was calming down into a routine of patients and therapy sessions, he finds himself back in the game--this time to catch a criminal mastermind like no other.

A spate of elaborate murders in Washington, D.C. have. I've been a fan of Silver James since her very first book was published. I love her wolf shifter books and was excited for her newest spin-off series.

Double Cross is very fast-paced story with lots of curve balls thrown around. I absolutely loved both Duke and Cory and I loved they kept getting thrown together/5(16). Sluggish and convoluted wartime intrigue from the author of The Ritter Double Cross and The Algonquin Project.

British intelligence agent Sanderson, who spent five years in Sechsenhausen concentration camp, seeks ""a settlement, a revenge, a sort of justice"" vis a vis Helmut Wolff, the SS colonel responsible for his ordeal. Ok first off let me say that I just recently heard about James Patterson about a year ago.

I stumbled on him one day when I was looking for a different book to read. Anyway, about the book. I have read at least 10 Alex Cross novels and this is probably top 3. This is definately not a kids book /5(30). But in this case the " book " was a lead in to another book and then the first chapter of a book that's not yet in print.

Since I usually get buried in the story, I missed that Double Cross (Kindle Single) wasn't a complete book. So, it's four stars to match the sense of loss I felt at this morning/5(). Be sure to add Double Cross to your reading list."— "Double Cross is a strong, addictive page turner.

It is definitely worth the trip to the book store."— "Double Cross is vintage Patterson. It is fast moving and suspenseful and takes the occasional surprise twist. Double Cross - Ebook written by James Patterson. Read this book using Google Play Books app on your PC, android, iOS devices.
